Course of your 12-month training as a content management trainee (m/f/d)

Arrival & onboarding (week 1)

Introduction to our agency-specific work processes, getting to know your colleagues and presentation of your training content.

Introduction to content management & basics of search engine optimization (week 2 to 4)

Personal introduction to the world of content marketing. Explanation of SEO basics and interfaces between content marketing and other areas of online marketing. Implementation of initial editorial work in your own copywriting.

Create your own SEO texts (week 5 to 7)

We will familiarize you with our tools for creating search engine-optimized texts and show you how to create relevant and unique texts based on your own analyses.

Introduction to our content management system (week 8 to 9)

After the text has been created, it is usually time to update it. That's why this week we'll introduce you to entering content (texts, images, videos, etc.) and train you in our content management system Processwire and, if applicable, other CMS/shop systems of our customers.

Deepen your SEO skills (week 10 to 12)

The basis for creating landing pages, blog articles, etc. is extensive keyword research. We'll show you how to do this independently so that you can create text briefings yourself right from the start.

Deepen your content management skills (week 13 to 20)

Together, we will expand your knowledge of content marketing and introduce you to your first web analysis and evaluation, which you can use to monitor and optimize the performance of your self-created texts.

Acceptance of first own orders (week 21 to 48)

You will receive your first orders and projects and will be in direct contact with our customers. However, we won't leave you on your own. If you have any questions or need support, an experienced Content Manager (m/f/d) will always be at your side.

The end of the trainee program

At the end of the trainee program, we come together and discuss the possibilities of being taken on as a Content Manager (m/f/d). In rare cases, it may turn out that working in online marketing is not your calling after all. We usually consider your traineeship successfully completed and offer you a permanent position straight away. Occasionally, we may decide together to extend the trainee program by 3 months. This often depends on your previous knowledge and factors such as illness etc. when you started the trainee program or what has happened in the meantime.

After your takeover...

... you may be a "finished" Content Manager (m/f/d), but of course you are far from finished. We will continue to educate you with further training courses of your choice. Are you particularly interested in SEO or would you like to get a taste of SEA? With us, you have the opportunity to shape your job the way you want it in the long term.

As a content management trainee at DREIKON, I am impressed every day by how much humanity, team spirit and appreciation are at the heart of the company. Right from the start, I had dedicated contact persons who were always willing to listen and had helpful tips for me. My day-to-day work includes keyword research, writing texts for various clients, adding content to websites and text optimization. I was able to support the content team in customer projects early on and take on responsibility myself. As a content management trainee, creativity, adaptability, flexibility in written expression and a passion for the written word are required. And what about the atmosphere? The office at Münster harbor is a highlight: modern, cozy and perfect for a relaxed lunch break by the water.
